How it works
1.Book a package
Each coaching session is held on zoom for 60 minutes, 1 session per month.
During your session, we explore your challenges, goals and desires. I’ll ask honest, inquisitive questions to encourage deep thinking – helping you reach places you haven’t been able to get to on your own.
3. Embrace change
Our session together is what builds the momentum for change. You’ll walk away feeling inspired, with a fresh perspective and the confidence to make positive changes in your life, work or relationships.
